scheme should be amended by making provision for the appointment of additional non-hereditary trustees and placing the management in the hands of a Board ... make provision in the scheme for the appointment of three non-hereditary trustees, incorporated certain additional safeguards in the scheme with intent to enable
Additional Secretary.
According to the petitioner, the Additional Secretary had no
jurisdiction to hear the matter. The petitioner was asked to appear

20. Regarding collection of funds by the additional 8th
respondent Temple Renovation Committee
trustee of the Temple and the
non-hereditary trustee was appointed with the consent of the
hereditary trustee only. The additional 13th respondent
produced Exts ... trustees against
Ext.P4 as per which the non-hereditary trustees were
appointed and Ext.P6 as per which additional respondent
Trust Board to appoint a new member.
That apart, the respondent cannot be appointed as an additional
member beyond the 117, a maximum number mentioned ... existing mem-
ber. The other person cannot be added as an additional trustee be-
yond 117. However, it is found that there are 117 members

5. The 4th respondent has filed a counter affidavit dated
10.10.2023, opposing ... respondent, who is the
Manager of the temple, appointed by the additional 6 th
respondent hereditary trustee, from the office. Another relief
