4. The applicants also
senior to the persons who trained later. In between trained apprentices
preference be given to those who are senior. The claim of the petitioner ... respect of
Junior Draftsman to the extent that Senior trained apprentices would be
given preference. Thus, petitioner has not made out a right to claim
expressed the desire that "other things being equal
trained apprentices should be given preference in case of
employment.".
10. For a promise ... senior to the persons trained later. ln
between the trained apprentices, preference shall be given to
those who are senior.
19. Similarly this Tribunal while

These writ petitions coming on for preliminary ... respondents, other things being
equal, a trained Apprentice should be given preference.
The contention presently put forth is that in the
employment notification dated

iL Ex-Tradé apprentices need not apply and ex-trade 1apprentices of
the factory need ... practical test marks,
If marks are equal, ex-trade apprentices will be given preference.
Between ex-trade apprentices, candidates senior in balh will be
preferred

Let the Respondent authorities being restrained from giving
appointment ... vide Circular No. 520/All
