apprentices other than those governed by the Apprentice

Provision has been made to pay stipend to the apprentices and other
benefits and facilities arising therefor. Probation of the employees ... would
not have contained any provision for appointment of apprentices, payment of
stipend and probation or confirmation or their fitment.
A Memorandum of Settlement must

It is also evident from the evidence of PW2 that the apprentices were given training ... asking for payment of contribution towards the amount spent as stipend for the apprentices. In view of the said position, the impugned order passed
