There is no dispute that the husbands
memorandum dated 15.5.1987 on the
subject of recruitment of Traffic/Commercial Apprentices. The two questions
are : (1) the purport of the memorandum ... noted. It brought about some
changes in the recruitment of Traffic/Commercial Apprentices - one of the
changes being that on and from 15.5.1987 the recruitment
mine and who receives wages directly from the employer, and (ii) any apprentice or trainee who receives stipend or other remuneration from the employer
discharged from liability on the note. (c) A puts M as apprentice to B, and gives a guarantee to B for M's fidelity
