completed the prescribed period of training, and (b)

examiners-recruited on and after April 1, 1966 and the
remaining
proceed to bring home the need to make the
investment in apprentice trainees useful to the society,
which would be so when the training received ... direction is also spending of money on
imparting the training to the apprentice, which aspect is
relevant as already alluded, and which we propose
view of the fact that their respective husband died while
working as Apprentice Canal Patwaris. The husband of
respondent Rani Devi worked as Apprentice Canal ... whereas the husband of respondent
Anguri Devi worked as Apprentice Canal Patwari from
15.7.1992 to 2.6.1993.
