Issue regarding Aravalli Ranges
1. Vide order dated 10th January, 2024, this Court had
directed that ... matters pertaining to the Aravalli
Ranges falling in the States of Haryana and Rajasthan to be
clubbed together and directed to be placed before
final permission shall be granted for
mining in the Aravalli Hills/Ranges, as defined in the FSI Report
dated 25.08.2010, without permission from this Court ... which the permission is
being sought falls within the area of Aravalli Hills/Ranges, as
defined in the FSI Report dated 25.08.2010.
4. We, therefore

within the Aravali Hill Range.

State Government from preventing mining activities in the
Aravalli Range as well.
