an arbitration that had commenced before the amendment

wrought to Section 34 and Section 48 (for foreign awards). It
recognized that Saw Pipes had introduced ... India. These included changes to Sections
28 , 34 and 48 of the Arbitration Act. The change to Section 28 was
specifically to overrule the effect
concerned with the
merits of the three Arbitration Petitions under Section 34 .
