this Act, except Sub-section (1) of Section 6 and Sections 7 , 12 , 36 and 37 , shall apply to every arbitration under any other enactment ... section (1) of Section 6 and Sections 7 , 12 , 36 and 37 of the Act. We are concerned with the provisions contained in Section
utter violation of the provisions embodied
in Sections 12(1) and 12(2) of the Arbitration Act' 1996
and a request had been made ... challenged only on the ground
mentioned in sub-section (1) (a) of Section 12 and
Section 13(2) provides that a party who intends
amended section 12 of the Act of 1996 would apply
in the present case or unamended section 12 of the Act of
1996 would continue ... circumstances referred to in sub
section (1) unless they have already been informed earlier.
Subsection(3) of section 12 provided that an arbitrator
clause.
