3. The petitioner is an astrologer by profession. He was one
among the 21 astrologers engaged in a Devaprasnam ... ardent devotee of Lord
Ayyappa. He claims that he is an astrologer of an international repute.
He also states that he has conducted 'Ashtamangalyaprasnam
annual celebrations. Accordingly,
Devaprasnam was conducted, and a group of astrologers
affirmed that the deity wish to see the festival conducted
without any changes ... month of 'Meenam".
The defendants disputed the conclusion of astrologers
during the course of "Devaprasnam' itself
illicit connection with his aunt. She stated that petitioner is a
famous astrologer earning Rs.500/- per day and has landed properties.
