The petitioner claims to be a qualified Astrologer, and
has been practising astrology for more than 15 years. Sree

Jenmakanishan (hereditary Astrologer) is being availed during
the festivals, 'pooram' and 'kalasam
Poojitha.S due to horoscope reasons as per the advice
of her astrologer. As such the plaintiff requested the defendants to

earned sufficient income from
agriculture. She further admits that Basayya was an
astrologer. After his death, the said profession was

18. Defendant No.2 - Sri. Mahendrayya was
examined
well as well-wishers to
change her name to Aradhana Jolly for astrological and
horoscopic reasons. Hence, filed the present suit.

to get any matrimonial alliance due to astrological and
horoscopic reasons, her family members, elders and well
further stated that the
plaintif's family believes in God and astrology and as
per the suggestion of the Astrologer, the Plaintifs ... changed as

the Astrologer as pleaded in the plaint ?
2. Whether plaintif proves that the entries
issues. Therefore the plaintiff and his parents
approached their numerologist for the astrological remedy. Upon
such approach of the plaintiff, the numerologist of the plaintiff ... facing health issues, that he approached
the numerologist for the astrological remedy and the
numerologist advised the plaintiff to change his name
further stated that Plaintiff
No.1 approached the astrologer for change of name and
initial of the Plaintiff Nos.1 and 2 on the basis ... astrology and also the faith in the future of both of
them, now they wants to change their names and initials
and therefore, they requested
fortune. The plaintiff firmly believes the
traditional horoscope, suggestions of the astrologers, belief in
