facie, it appears that the offence under section
385 of attempt to commit extortion is said to have been
established against Karanbhai Gordhanbhai Solanki
valuable security in favour of
the petitioner, the attempt to commit extortion is made out.
8. It is pertinent to mention here that two orders
stipulates the offence
with regard to committing of extortion by putting or
attempting to put any person in fear of death or of grievous
hurt ... grievous hurt, in order to
commit extortion. - Whoever, in order
to the committing of extortion, puts or
attempts to put any person in fear
admitted position that
this is a case of attempting to commit extortion.

Now, having regard to the aforesaid facts, the prayer for
bail
conspiracy and in pursuance of
criminal conspiracy, both of them attempted to commit extortion from complainant
Ram Avtar Aggarwal by putting him under fear
time of committing the extortion, is in the presence
of the person put in fear, and commits the extortion by putting
that person in fear ... there to deliver up the thing extorted.

Waging, or attempting to wage war or abetting waging of war, against the Government of India.
121-A Conspiracy to commit offences punishable by Section ... intention of causing death.
307 Attempt to murder.
308 Attempt to commit culpable homicide.
327 Voluntarily causing hurt to extort property, or a valuable security
vide order dated 24.9.2010.
Section 383 IPC reads as under:-
"Extortion
Criminal Revision No. 2725 of 2010(O&M) 4
Whoever intentionally puts ... order to commit
extortion:-
" Whoever, in order to the committing of extortion,
puts any person in fear, or attempts to put any
person
funds or attempts to collect funds by extortion,
kidnapping, siphoning and defalcation of Gov. fund
through Mohit Hojai and others and in committing such
activities ... funds or attempts to collect funds by extortion,
kidnapping, siphoning and defalcation of Govt. fund
through Mohit Hojai and others and in committing such
activities
injury in order to
commit extortion.--Whoever, in order to the committing
of extortion, puts any person in fear or attempts to put any
person ... Accused put or attempted to put any person in fear of
injury.
