committed alleged offences. Hence, this charge-sheet.
3. Accused
relate to the
offences said to have been committed by detenue such

(2) the accused while committing the aforesaid extortion puts in
fear the person extorted ... putting in fear induces the person to deliver up the thing
extorted.
