facie, it appears that the offence under section
385 of attempt to commit extortion is said to have been
established against Karanbhai Gordhanbhai Solanki
converted into a valuable security,
commits "extortion"."
"Section 384- Punishment for extortion- Whoever
commits extortion shall be punished with
imprisonment ... Whoever commits
extortion by putting any person in fear of an
accusation against that person or any other, of
having committed or attempted to commit
valuable security in favour of
the petitioner, the attempt to commit extortion is made out.
