extortion or attempt to commit extortion and would only attract the
offences under Sections

respect of Rs. 50,00,000/- by putting over telephone fear of
death to the Tata Steel
petitioner and the
only allegation against the petitioner is attempting to commit extortion of
Rs.20,000/- by threatening to post a video of incidence

3. Accused
prosecution has
alleged that there was an attempt on the part of the accused to commit extortion by
