said e-mail of the applicant, the respondents signed such backdated
agreement, not knowing that the arbitration agreement as contained in
it, would be invoked ... that after there is accord and satisfaction, there cannot be
any backdated agreement and any arbitration clause contained in the
backdated agreement itself
applicant. He further submits
that applicant has also prepared backdated agreement in the name of co-
accused to escape from criminal liability. Therefore, he prays ... accused
stated in his memorandum that applicant has prepared forged backdated
agreement to impose criminal liability upon him.
Prima facie, it appears that liquor
from 'assignment of copyright'. Section 17 ,
which provides for such agreement to the contrary, deals with the question of the
