From back date ... give him promotion as Professor of Cardiology by backdating the promotion from 18.6.2006 to 22.5.2005. The State Government willingly obliged in promptly considering his representation

16. Similarly, applicants cannot also take any assistance from ... there are valid reasons for granting the promotion and seniority to the applicants from backdate, as already noticed above.
17. The matter can also
other evidence
to substantiate their claim. The respondents have,
however, averred that promotion of employees after
induction test held on 04.12.2014 pertained to a matter ... light
