Rules of 2002 which defines
backlog and makes provision for carry forward, wherein no
definite period have been provided to carry forward the
unfilled vacant ... again collected fresh data from different
departments regarding vacancies against the backlog of
promotional posts and found that about 16763 posts reserved
for Scheduled Castes
candidates including persons with disabilities, SC/ST/OBC & Women:
i) Backlog Vacancies
ii) Vacancies caused by promotion/retirement
iii) Newly created vacancies ... shows that a
total of 38 vacancies have been notified as reserved backlog vacancies for
persons with visual impairment which have been distributed in different
