Departments/ Organizations in
which 1497 vacancies were identified and out of them, 321 vacancies were
in Group-A, 200 vacancies in Group ... unfilled vacancies due
to non-implementation of the provisions of Section 33 of the Disabilities Act
and to treat the said vacancies as backlog vacancies

11. The OAs numbers (mentioned in paragraph 3(i) and 3(ii) )

of 100 vacancies, 1st vacancy is reserved for VI category, 34th
vacancy is reserved for HI category and 67th vacancy is
reserved for LDCP

vacancies cannot be taken into consideration for computing 3% quota
under
vacancies, category-wise, was done by DoPT centrally on the basis of indent for vacancies reported by 33 cadre authorities. The SC/ST vacancies ... promotion quotas. These vacancies are reported to DoPT by cadre authorities giving break up of vacancies. Based on these indent of vacancies, DoPT coordinate
that, out of the 80 posts
which were advertised, 15 were backlog vacancies.
(iii) The exam notice of 2015 indicates that ... posts
advertised were in fact backlog vacancies.
(iv) The reply dated 09.10.2017 issued by this Court, to an RTI
and filed by the Petitioner, clearly
issue a corrigendum to the said advertisement
by reserving all backlog vacancies for persons with disabilities
in terms of the said statutory provision ... vacancy-wise roster from 33
departments/ establishments of GNCTD who have reported 'NIL' vacancy
position as well as 'NIL' vacancies
