addition to the pieces of red bangles found lying near threshold of the house i.e.
just at the entrance
observed by the
Medical Officer in the report as also blood stains found on
her underwear belonging to "O" blood group, which ... absence of smegma in respect of
medical examination of accused, broken bangles found on
the spot of evidence - all these circumstances taken
together along with
that while complainant Smt. Nellawwa Handi
was pulled out and dragged, the bangles worn by her
