Learned counsel for the review petitioner at this stage has sought

allotted 'Parcha' in respect of land measuring about five

As per allegation, basgit parcha was issued for two
and half dismal of land in favour ... declared surplus land and the State of Bihar has
wrongly issued basgit parcha in favour of the informant.
It appears that there is land dispute
staked his claim over a piece of
land, claiming it under Basgit Parcha. It has further been
submitted that the appellant No. 1 had purchased
land on the pretext of having acquired
the same under the Basgit Parcha.

When the informant was raising pillar on her land
obtained by Basgit Parcha, six named accused persons including
the appellants armed with rod descended there ... appellants are in possession thereof. For the cancellation
of the said Basgit Parcha, appellants have lodged the case
