Case No. 3 of 1994-95 by the Circle Officer ... submitted that the legality and validity of
the 'Basgit Parcha' has been entered into by the learned Court
while denying relief

4. The plaintiff had filed the suit for declaration of
Basgit Parcha issued by the defendant-Ist party in favour of
defendant second party ... party came there
and asserted their rights on the basis of Basgit Parcha over a
portion of the purchased land of the plaintiff issued
