Collector, clearly discloses that Basgit parcha was illegally
issued in favour of private respondent ... first appellate
authority is, however, proceeding to act upon the Basgit Parcha
issued in their favour.
4. On perusal of the order dated
affirmed the order passed by the Collector,
Madhepura, in Basgit Parcha Case No. 21 of 2014.
