is that he purchased a battery from the OP No. 1 on 18.6.2010, manufactured
months the clutch of the scooter became loose, stand-pad and the
battery also became defective. When the complainant complained in this
regard ... Engineer of the opposite party No. 1
replaced the battery alongwith brake and set the stand right, and charged
Rs. 379/- for oil, etc. vide
that loss was
caused to the electrical fixtures, meter apparatus, inverter and batteries. It
was further stated that the Opposite Party was intimated about ... said fire,
the energy meter, MCB Box, inverter and batteries were damaged. Under the

Opposite Party No.1 charged the battery for the whole day, but they did not
succeed. It was assured
vehicle with drum, four nos. of tyre and four nos. of drum, Battery,
soft radiator, excel, shelf etc. were missing. The vehicle was taken ... question was
