21. As a cumulative effect of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

further submitted that suit had been filed for
eviction under BBC Act on ground of default and personal
necessity. However, an alternative relief for eviction

Section 11 (1) (c) of the Act. Law on this point is well settled.
