BBMP issued the Preliminary and Final Order
against the Appellant Under Section ... High Court of Karnataka the BBMP authorities
have taken action against the appellant under the
above said Act. In the above said Writ petitions
Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act,
1976 ['Act', for short]. Since the Respondent No.4 was not
responding to the said notice, the Respondent ... passed, inspite of the order passed under Section 462 of
the Act, BBMP has not initiated any action to implement
the order as per Annexures
Food Adulteration Act (at present Food Safety and
Standards Act ).
7. In the instant case the complainant had
approached BBMP for taking legal action against ... Company under the provision of Prevention of
