Hindu Beda Jangam', but it appears from the
Vigilance Report that word 'Beda Jangam' in the caste certifcate of the
brother ... Beda Jangam' in
service record. On perusal of Page No.1 of service-book, it appears that
words 'Beda Jangam Scheduled Caste
that they belong to 'Beda
Jangam' caste, which is recognized as a Scheduled Caste category and
caste certificates dated 18.12.1999 to that effect ... wife declaring their caste as Beda Jangam;
As the parents of the first petitioner belong to Beda Jangam (Scheduled
Caste community), first petitioner shall also
Jangam caste and accordingly he is seeking for
cancellation of earlier caste certificate issued by the
authority wherein the authority had issued III-B Caste ... that he belongs to Beda Jangam Caste and
in that view he is entitled for caste certificate pertaining
to Beda Jangam Caste. With this grievance
belonged to the Jangam Caste which was a backward caste in the State of Andhra Pradesh but was not a Scheduled Caste. That Representation ... district are not Beda Jangamas. The Report also stated that Chandrasekhara did not belong to the Scheduled Caste of Beda Jangam and as such
