Khan that the reasonable requirement

landlord and the right of the tenant. In
Bega Begum case, the landlords adduced
evidence to show that they wanted to
augment
decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Mst. Bega Begum & others. v. Abdul Ahad Khan . It may be mentioned here that this ... rule of law laid down by the Supreme Court in Bega Begum's case becomes relevant. Under sub-section (2) the Court is required
comparative hardship. As observed by the Apex Court in in the Bega Begum's case, the landlord is required to prove that there

this Court cannot interfere with the pure binding of fact. In Bega Begum v. Abdul Ahad , , the Supreme Court held as under:
