provisions of section 10 , the Deputy Commissioner shall
declare as Bhumidhars persons holding the following lands, namely: -
(a) khudkasht land or a proprietor ... section (4) for the area of which he is declared as Bhumidhar
as compensation thereof . If he fails to deposit the amount within six months

"131-B. Bhumidhar with non-transferable rights to become bhumidhar with transferable rights after ten years - (1) Every person
option of defendant no.-1 who has been recorded as bhumidhar of disputed land, and had option to get the voidable document cancelled. Such rights ... accepted for the sake of argument that plaintiff is recorded co-bhumidhar of disputed property then for protecting his share firstly he should
land in contravention of the
provisions of this Act.- (1) A Bhumidhar or an Asami shall be
liable to ejectment on the suit ... also may, on receiving information or on his
own motion, eject the Bhumidhar or Asami, as the case may be,
and also recover the damages
sufficient compliance for the purposes of section 33(1). 30. Report by bhumidhar or asami of Gram Panchayat [Section 33(3)].
(1) Every person ... being admitted as a bhumidhar with non-transferable rights or as an asami by the Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti referred to in section 33(4) shall
stated that the suit land has never been
partitioned amongst its CoBhumidhars. It has been further stated that
the plaintiff and the abovesaid persons ... that the
plaintiff and the abovesaid persons are also the recorded CoBhumidhar
to the extent of 1/4th share in the land bearing Khasra
limitation period; that in view of the same,
he should be declared bhumidhar of said land.
23. In view of the above evidence on record ... said land, but had also taken steps for his declaration
as bhumidhar. Even the said proceedings kept pending before
Revenue Assistant since 1986 till
Tehsildar, Nazafgarh
wherein the defendant has been shown as the bhumidhar and in
possession of (018) biswas in Khasra No. 66, instead ... property has always been possessed by him and he was
declared as bhumidhar during consolidation proceedings.

joint claim stating that claimants are the bhumidhars in possession
of acquired land to the extent of 1/4th share each ... physical and cultivatory possession of acquired
land in their own rights as bhumidhars at all reasonable time i.e. at
