Appellant
resigned from NCP and joined Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP). To a question
posed by the Court during the recording of his evidence, the Appellant ... resignation from NCP in the latter part of 2013,
that he joined BJP and he continued to be a member of the BJP. In January
MLAs belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party (hereinafter referred to
as, ‘the BJP’). It was highlighted, that the involvement of two Independent
MLAs along with ... Nabam Rebia, was moved by the 13 MLAs – 11 belonging to
the BJP, and 2 Independent MLAs. It was submitted, that the aforesaid
