alleged that
they duped the complainant in the name of black magic, assuring him that if
any money is given to them by him, they ... would have it doubled by black
magic. After the complainant was duped, the amount of Rs.11.50 lakhs
received from him, was distributed
with
other accused persons duped the complainant in the name of black magic, assuring him

Subodh Sharma that he used to practice black magic and for that
purpose sacrificed the deceased, in which the present appellants
death, as according to him, these persons were performing black magic
against the deceased.
3] Counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court
from the complainant in the name of performing
some Pooja and black magic and cheated him.
4. Counsel for the applicant has submitted that
applicants alleging that the mother of the deceased Idibai had
performed black magic, as a result of which, Magan's son had died
wherein Rajaram and his son Adarsh
have died on account of black magic to remove bad soul.
Having considered the rival submissions and on perusal
fraud. It is alleged that in the
name of sorcery(black magic) the applicant obtained a sum of Rs.16,00,000/-
from the complainant
thread from the appellant, who was a Tantrik (practicing black
magic). On 29.3.2014, when the prosecurtrix was coming back
from school, the appellant sent
giving him slow poison, and also that she was
performing black magic against him. The deceased has also stated
in his suicide note that ... deceased was given slow poison or that she was
performing black magic against the deceased.
