further contended that appellant had obtained signature of the
complainant on blank stamp papers and blank voucher. It is further
contended that, appellant and respondent ... also denied the contention that, he obtained
signatures of complainant on blank stamp papers and blank voucher.
4. Respondent No.2 was served with
consideration of three wheeler. OP company
asked the complainant to give blank stamp paper of Rs. 100/- which
was handed over to the officials ... took his signatures on
blank stamp paper and assured that these are required for transfer of
ownership rights in favour of the complainant. But till
contrary, the same is in the form of a blank paper, stamped on the top of the page bearing the name of the patient along ... routine and the same was not in the form of blank paper stamp. The consent form has been filled up by the nursing home
tractor from R.T.O. That, all the 3 blank cheques and blank
stamp papers also to be returned to him.
3. The appellant ... tractor then why he had given 3 blank cheques and blank stamp
paper of Rs.100/- to the appellant. The contention of respondent

of Rs.5,50,000/- and a blank stamp paper was given to him on 20.11.2007
by its agent Satpal ... representation or coercion or indemnity undertaking
on any blank stamp paper as alleged by the complainant. The same was
voluntarily signed by the complainant
sale deed and tax receipt of his property, along with signed blank stamp paper worth Rs.50/- But the opposite parties failed to remit ... interest and to return the spare key, the remaining cheque leaves, blank stamp paper, tax receipt, copy of sale deed along with total compensation
paid after furnishing security and providing blank cheques and signed blank stamp papers. The second chitty was auctioned at 15th installment. The complainant requested
lost was Rs. 2,000/-
