more people started pelting stones on the complainant party
and also blasted a nearby mine, police fired 10-12 gun shots, as a
result ... working as labourers in the mines and were stealing stones.
Two trucks loaded with stones were also found at the spot. The

appellants had thrown the stones on such shop whereby various

empty cartridge, stone chips which smelt of gun
powder, some burnt threads indicating remnants of a
bomb blast and other relevant articles, were
brick and stone as a result of which he
sustained injury.
It is submitted that the present case is a counter blast
of Sheikhpura (Hathiyama
party and also pelted stones.
Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the FIR has been
registered as a counter blast
other villagers were throwing bricks and stone.
Submission is of false implication and that this case
is counter blast of Tandwa P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52114 ... injury. It is further contended that the instant
case is a counter blast of Govindpur P. S. Case No. 66 of 2015
