in that case would indicate that the purchaser must ... purchasing the property. Far from helping the
auction-purchaser this goes against him. Mr Gupta contended
that Rajinder Singh is not a bona fide purchaser

VIII) Defendants 1 to 4 cannot
claim to be bona fide purchasers of
the disputed property.
