who sought eviction for his own personal and bonafide need to set up
his own cloth business in the present suit shop ... always bonafide and
reasonable and it is for the Court to arrive at an objective satisfaction
about the bonafideness and reasonableness of the need claimed
courts below have found that the the plaintiff -
respondent landlord had bonafide need for the suit shop in question
and therefore, directed eviction under Section ... lack of bonafides or reasons to
disbelieve such a contention of the plaintiff. The findings regarding
