pieces adhered to by lacerated skin; and
iii) ruptured membranes and brain matter drained out.
Prosecution witness no. 6 deposed that the nature of weapons
bones with gross laceration of
meninges and brain and most of the brain materials were
found drained out of the wound;
8) One lacerated would ... comprising left temple to
middle of left side of vault and brain materials drained out of that
wound. He also detected another lacerated wound measuring
skull is having communited (comminuted) fractured with profuse blood clot and draining of brain matters in the area of the skull.
2. Clotted blood inside
frontal, both parietal and front part of the occipital bone with brain matter draining out. The injures were, according to the doctor, ante mortem
injury of head and face exposing

after removing the brain and the chest organs, thus allowing blood to
drain from the neck to the blood vessels. There
skull cavity deep through which brain matter is draining
out. It is situated 10 cm above left ear.

5. Lacerated wound 4 cm above ... fracture sites.
5. Brain covered by subdural and subarachnoid hemorrhage all
over base and surface and is partially drained out on left side.”

right temporal lobe. C.S.F. haemorrhagic, brain markedly oedematous and congested. A rubber drain (corrugated) is also present on (It.) parietal eminence
fractured and there was a hole in the skull bone. The brain matter was extensively lacerated.
(ii) Wound of exit : There was a lacerated wound ... there was a big hole in the skull bone. The brain matter was draining outside.
In the doctor's opinion, the death had been
measuring 5cm x 3cm x skull cavity deep
through which brain matter is draining out. It
is situated 10 cm above left ear.
