27. That the defendant chose to continue with his business of
selling counterfeited LV branded goods, even after having been

"SAMSUNG" branded LEVEL U and UFLEX headsets clearly amounts

310 counterfeit t-shirts and 900 counterfeit branded bags of Puma from
defendant no.1 HS Enterprises ... Puma
and 100 counterfeit t-shirts of Puma from defendant no.2. The Local
Commissioner also recovered 2000 counterfeit Puma branded tags,
2800 counterfeit Puma
trade mark application, the Defendant has filed
invoices bearing third party clothing brands such as 'Superdry', 'Pull
and Bear', 'Alcott ... indicates that
the Defendants are engaged in the business of selling counterfeit
branded apparels by attaching tags of various third party brands
including that

on its business of trading, supplying/selling the
counterfeit branded products by using the
