Liquor like Brandy, Rum etc. under various brand names. The entire
sales are to Kerala State ... activity undertaken by the petitioner is
compounding of ENA into Brandy and Rum. The process
involved is that the ENA stored in stainless steel tanks
DDUS Joan of Arc VS Brandy 1000 ml each having
hologram Nos.6656584 to 6656619, with green colour,
were transported from Thripunithura to Palluruthi ... that in this case, two bottles of DDUS Joan of Arc VS
Brandy of 1000 ml each, bearing hologram Nos. 6656610
and 6656609 were recovered
opening one box, they found bottles having
750 ml. Haywards Golconda Brandy. They have also
examined other cases found in the lorry and thus found ... cases of brandy containing brandy bottles having 750 ml.

expenses to the extent of Rs. 1,91,040 in arrack and brandy business was disallowed by the assessing authority. Aggrieved by the above assessment ... theatre by name Kavita Theatre, and also doing business in arrack and brandy. It is an admitted case that the assessee was carrying
bill. According to PW2, thereafter, the second accused wanted to
take brandy and accordingly, they went to Deepa Bar from where, they
bought a half ... bottle of brandy. From that, PW2 was offered a peg and he
took it. The balance was consumed by the accused. Thereafter
five bottles, one bottle of 750 ml
labelled A1 Doctor's brandy, three bottles each
having a capacity of 375 ml all labelled ... Honey
Blend Pure Brandy, and another 750 ml bottle
labelled as Bees Favourite Gray Brandy, all
together contained a quantity 4.125 ml of foreign

having capacity of 180 ml. each by name Honey Master
Brandy meant for sale in Karnataka only for the purpose
of unauthorized sale ... However, the police party apprehended
them and seized the boxes which contained brandy
labelled Honey Master Brandy for sale in Goa only. On
examining
series of 8 plastic
bottles of 750 ml. Colombia brandy were identified and marked, on
the side of the prosecution. The trial court finally found ... enquiry, he realised that a person
was found in possession of brandy and he had also deposed before the
court that he witnessd the seizure
memos. The three cardboard cartons
contained of 8 bottles of Sonia Pure Brandy of 750 ml. each,
37 bottles of New Master Brandy ... each, 5 bottles of
New Masters Brandy of 375 ml. each, 15 bottles of Delight
Grape Brandy of 375 mls each, 60 bottles of Nansi
