sister and when she raised alarm we all came ... rushed out and found that Ram Prasad had groped his
sister‟s breast. The deceased along with his family members rebuked

went to the extent of holding my
hand and pressing my breast. Out of fear, I could not
tell about this to anyone
Appellant beat her, bit her lower lip, and scratched her neck, breast,
shoulder, and back. She then states that the Appellant "lowered my jeans ... with a linear cut
mark. There were scratch marks on both the breasts, as well as scratches
on the right and left side
aged 25 years, suddenly, came close to her and started

accused had outraged her modesty by touching her breasts, she
had subsequently through a supplementary statement (made on
21-2-2007), levelled allegations

not given any reasonable explanation to rebut
