appellant's election was challenged by
the respondent included charges of bribery, undue influence, exploitation of religion, caste, national
emblems and national symbols, dissemination ... deemed to be corrupt practices for the purposes of this Act :

would amount to bribery in terms of Section 123 of the R.P.
