Suffice would be to
observe to present purpose that merely for
100% burn injuries, it cannot be said that the
victim was incapable to make ... even if such a dying
declaration is put forward in a bride burning
case whether or not it has been recorded by the
police officer
held as
follows:-

" 4........Bride burning is a shame of our society.
Poor never resort to it. Rich do not need it.
Obviously ... That is social ostracism is
needed to curtail increasing malady of bride
burning."
The manner in which for the demand of television
involved in
heinous offences, like, murder, gang rape,
solitary-rape, bride burning etc. and to
resolve this impasse, the court holds that for
the purposes ... like

murder, solitary-rape, gang-rape, bride
burning, drug trafficking, the beneficial
legislation for the purposes of bail under
Section
that
the cause of death of the deceased was on account of
burn injuries. He further submits that there is no
clinching material against ... marriage and the
date of death and since it is a bride burning case, the
petitioner should not be released on bail, particularly
when there
Dowry Prohibition Act.
It is a case of bride burning and dying
declaration aspect has been mentioned in the first

information report in which
sustained burn injuries. Learned counsel further placed
the evidence of the doctor (P.W.19), who stated to
have noticed burn injuries involving approximately ... months
mont and
therefore, the petitioner who is an accused of bride
burning, should not be released on bail.
Considering the submissions made
counsel for the respective parties, since it is a case of bride
burning and dying declaration evidence is available against the
petitioner, while not inclining
that the petitioner
accompanied the deceased to the hospital when she
sustained burn injuries and therefore, the bail application
of the petitioner may be favourably ... that as it may, since it is a case of bride
burning, in view of the materials available on record and
the nature and gravity
present petitioner in the
alleged offence.
Since it is a bride burning case and there is
involvement of the petitioner in the death
newly wedded bride was made up of palm
and coconut leaves which caught fire and the deceased
sustained burn injuries.
D.W.2 Lalita Naikani ... that the deceased had sustained 100%
burn injuries and opined the cause of death was due to burn
injuries and mode of death was asphyxia
