explained any circumstance about the manner in which the deceased sustained fatal burn injuries and died within few hours of setting her ablaze;

"Although bride burning or bride hanging cases have become common in our country, in our opinion, the expression
inapplicable to offences against
women and children including offences of rape, bride
burning, dowry deaths, demand and acceptance of dowry
etc. which are viewed

25. This Court does not concur with the contention of the
learned counsel for the accused-respondents. When burn
injuries ... found on the hands etc. of the accused in case of
bride burning etc. it shall be a relevant circumstance to be
taken into consideration
