OMR answer sheet bubble No.23, 24, 25, & 27, which is contrary to the
instructions provided ... existing rules but it was observed that on the
OMR sheet bubble no. 23,24,25 & 27 were erased & corrected

record that by that time no such plea regarding erasing of
bubbled answer was raised by the respondents. Had the
applicant erased the bubbled answer ... sheet would not have
been evaluated. Plea of erasing of bubbled answer was taken for
the first time in the Contempt Petition. This fact
found that the applicant had
erased and altered the marked responses in bubbles No. 77. It reflects
from the OMR Sheet of the applicant, which ... explicitly prohibit any
changes to marked answers. Once a bubble is darkened, no alteration
is permitted. These instructions also state that non-compliance would
