to beat me, or that burqa was lying in that room. or that
in the evening, one unknown ... place where I wanted to go, or that I wore
the burqa and came out of that room alongwith that
unknown boy and went
Salwar and Kurta and was having a Dupatta. She was not wearing Burqa. He stated that Smt. Aqeela caught hold the left hand ... wearing red Salwar and Kamij and that she was not wearing Burqa. This witness is having his fields at a distance of 100- 150 yards
beaten him by kick and fists. The complainant was
wearing veil (Burqa). She received injuries on her
face and other part of the body
photographs were also taken and exhibits lifted, which included
a burnt black burqa, an open plastic can containing a small
quantity of kerosene, which
started weeping. At the time of
occurrence, Meena was wearing a Burqa. Her statement was recorded
by the IO in the hospital. After Meena expired
accused Mazhar-ul-Islam along with one lady in burqa and
CRL. A. 1310/2010, 1311/2010 & 1245/2010 Page

admitted that accused Hasina was wearing burqa. He deposed
that no iron rod has been recovered till date
