benefits provided to the candidates of socially and educationally
backward class should be provided to the candidates of general
category also; to create the Patidar ... unreserved
category; candidates of unreserved category have to pay a high
amount towards fees for such examinations whereas reserved
category candidates are exempted; exemption should
candidates of general category, such
selected candidates of SC / ST / SEBC
shall be considered against their
reserved posts. Such candidates are
considered to be available ... considered against unreserved posts.
In spite of this, candidates of reserved
category who have been exempted from
paying examination fees, shall not be
restricted from
form showing his
disability under some category which disability was not
suffered by the candidate but for which category there was a
reservation, to ensure ... having
BA/BL disability even though the said candidates had applied

4.6. Learned advocate Mr. Joshi would submit that
post in respect of one disability category is
permitted if the candidates are not available in that
