MHC(M) produced one cartoon box containing the contraband i.e.
greenish leafy badbudar substance alongwith stems, leaves and seeds ... white
plastic threads were seen in the cartoon box alongwith contraband. The cartoon
box bears the FIR number and other details of the present case
front of H.No.B-346, and one
plastic katta and two cartoon boxes were lying near her. On seeing him
in uniform, she started ... stopped her, asked her what is inside the
plastic katta and cartoon boxes. Upon asking, she did not give any
satisfactory answer and thereafter
cursory search of the vehicle was conducted and they found
cartoons of liquor in the trunk of the car. On inquiry from the
accused person ... liquor, they could not give the
satisfactory reply. On taking out the cartoons from the trunk of
the car, they found 4 cartoons boxes containing
Jhuggi of accused Jameel, he saw accused Jameel had one cartoon box in his hand and he was
taking the same in his jhuggi. Full ... cartoon box were also kept outside the jhuggi.
Thereafter, he moved towards the accused and after seeing him, accused had left the cartoon
that one lady namely Seema was trying to take three white
cartoon (katta) inside his house. He deposed that on seeing him that lady left ... spot quickly.
He deposed that he checked the white cartoon and found illicit country liquor inside it and he
sent information to the concerned

in each plastic sacks, there were two gatta cartoons. Each gatta cartoons were
containing 12 bottles filled with liquor

possession and four cartoon boxes containing liquor quarter bottles were recovered
under the said cot on which ... sitting. One cartoon box was found containing 48
quarter bottles of liquor and all the quarter bottles were of labeled with Bonny Special
whiskey
