used for cultivating the cashew nuts. Based on the
same, he has not awarded any additional amount of each cashew trees. He
has stated that ... that the lands
are having commercial crops of cashew trees, palm trees and casurina trees.
The acquired lands are having advantages like proximity to National
cashew trees was 1366 Kgs. and that the average yield was 24 Kg. per tree. Though they claimed that the price of cashew nuts ... tree or Rs.1,06,540/- for 761 trees.
11. Thus instead of the increase of Rs.20/- per tree per annum awarded
that cashew trees are not fruit-bearing trees, but only nut-bearing trees, and, therefore, the land containing those trees will not come within ... trees are not fruit-bearing trees but nut-bearing trees. The Tribunal in paragraph 6 of its order points out thus :
