the month of February, 2013, he caused miscarriage of the Prosecutrix
(name withheld) at Shri Balaji Charitable Hospital, Mukand ... that during the month of February, 2013, he (accused Sandeep) caused
miscarriage of the Prosecutrix at Shri Balaji Charitable Hospital,
Mukund Pur, Delhi without
complainant and beaten up her sons and daughter in law
causing miscarriage of the daughter in law.
2. The 156(3) Cr.P.C application ... other
medical record regarding the injuries received by Poonam or the
miscarriage caused to Raj Kumari have been proved on record.
(iv). The complainant made
that, the approach of the trial Court is perverse and
it caused miscarriage of justice to either of the parties to
the proceedings

At the time of hearing Mrs. Chandreyi Alam, learned counsel
suspicion relating to the identity of the petitioners and thereby
caused grave miscarriage of justice. Petitioners have prayed for
setting aside the impugned order ... proper.
The impugned order suffers from serious infirmity and it causes
miscarriage of justice.
In the light ot my discussions made above the impugned order
prayer of Reema Gupta for interim residence order
has caused miscarriage of justice. Learned advocate on behalf of
Aman Gupta urged that since the case
acquittal of accused
has resulted into travesty of justice or has caused
miscarriage of justice. After considering arguments of
respective counsel for the parties
order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patiala,
has caused miscarriage of justice. If this order is not set aside, the
complainant/appellant
