REASONS FOR THE DECISION:
1. The complainant made a compliant in CAW cell and thereafter an FIR was
registered against the thee accused persons namely ... Puram and on that day on receipt of complaint from CAW Cell, she
recorded the case FIR No. 573/01 vide
Swaroop when they had gone
there to attend the proceedings before CAW cell.
2. After completion of investigation challan was filed by the police ... Charanjeet, husband Ashok Kumar,
mother in law Naraini Devi at CAW cell, Ashok Vihar. On 25.11.1997 police
