11. Admittedly, the workman has worked 'on daily wages ... both the Acts, i.e. Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972. The workman is entitled to get the gratuity
exercising powers vested with the petitioners under Rule 69 r/w Rule
9(4) of the CCS (Pension) Rules. It is submitted that the respondent ... pension/regular pension cannot be release to him at this
stage.
Keeping in view of the provision of section 69 of the
CCS (Pension) Rules
terminal benefits of their employees not less than as prescribed under CCS
(Pension) Rules, 1972 and CCS (Temporary Service) Rules, 1965.
