information:-
"The grounds on which the amendment to the CCS (Revised Pay)
Rules, 2008 as in Notification No.G.S.R.527(E), dated
CCS (Revised) Pay Rules,
2008. The appellant represented for fixation of pay in PB-3 with GP of Rs. 5400/-.
However, on reconsideration, the Official
mentioned in Section 11 , Part C of CCS
(Revised Pay) Rules, 2008 under caption IA&AD. The CPIO vide letter ... During the hearing the respondent submit that Para 'A' CCS (RP) Rules
Notification dated 29.8.2008 clearly states at S. No. 13, the revised
Para 7(1)(a) (i) & (ii) of CCS (revised pay) rule 2008, fix the
revised basic pay as on 01.01.2006 in the mentioned table
CPIO, however, furnished copies of the relevant extract
of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008 to the appellant. Dissatisfied, the appellant
